Earthwing Skateboards - MADE IN AMERICA OVER 20 YEARS

For over 20 years, Eaerthwing Skateboards has been based out of New York - Brooklyn. What was just a hobby production in the beginning developed into a real skateboard brand over time. Brian Petrie transformed old snowboards into slalom and carving longboards. The effect was amazing. He started researching constructions, core and composite materials, processes, presses. And so, in 1998, Earthwing dispatched the first Carver Deck. But the way to great production was very long. With no investors, just on his own, Brian finally managed to scale up production and you can get his boards at affordable prices.

In 2003, Ian Nichols won the infamous Broadway Bomb race on the first prototype Kevlar/Carbon/Birch Supercharger.

Earthwing boards have their value and while Earthwing Longboards is a small manufacture, it's a good thing.

Brian makes the skateboards with passion like at the beginning of his skateboarding adventures.

He has developed wheels specifically designed for different skateboarding disciplines - from sliding to speed to gentle drifts.
